Create Physical Standby (Using OEM)
Navigate to your Primary database (Targets - Databases)
(Availability - Add Standby Database...)
The target Standby must have an Oracle Home installed. The easiest way to do this is to clone it from the Primary.
The Primary and Standby must have an OEM Agent installed and running before you begin. The Cloud Control database plug-in must be deployed on the Agent monitoring the target Standby.
