Link Confluence to Jira Service Desk

In Jira Service Desk...

  • Projects (T)

  • Choose the Project you wish to link from the Dropdown (D)

  • Project Settings (BL)

  • Knowledge base (L)

  • [Set up a link to Confluence]

  • Enter the URL of Confluence (right click the Confluence logo in the Confluence application, and select copy link address) (TL)

  • [Create new link]

  • On the Link applications pop-up tick the checkboxes appropriately. If you intend to use SSO leave the username checkbox unticked. [Continue]

  • You will be redirected to Confluence to create the reciprical link. The defaults should be correct [Continue]

  • You will be redirected to Jira Service Desk. The link to Confluence should now appear on the Configure Application Links screen.
