You can also optionally add Tags

You will normally require at least two subnets, one Public, one Private...
Core Infrastructure - Networking - Virtual Cloud Networks - Choose your Compartment under List Scope - click on your VCN - Create Subnet
Name (e.g. myPublicSubnet)
Compartment (e.g. myCompartment)
Subnet Type (Regional or Availability Domain specific)
CIDR Block (must be a sub-block of the VCN CIDR Block e.g. 10.200.0.0/24 or 10.200.15.0/24)
Route Table Compartment in myCompartment (e.g. Default Route Table for myVCN)
Subnet Access (Private Subnet or Public Subnet)
DNS Resolution
DNS Label (defaults to same as Name)
DNS Domain Name (generated from DNS Label)
DHCP Options Compartment in myCompartment (e.g. Default DHCP Options for myVCN)
Security Lists - Security List Compartment in myCompartment (e.g. Default Security List for myVCN)
You can also optionally add Tags
